  3. Within seconds, you’ll see the most updated status and location of your package.

  • Order processing: up to 2 business days after payment confirmation.

  • National/International shipping: average of 7 to 20 business days, depending on your location.

  • During high-demand periods (Black Friday, Christmas, seasonal sales), delivery times may vary slightly.

  • Order confirmed ✅ → We received your purchase and are preparing your handbag.

  • Being packed 👜 → Your handbag is being carefully wrapped and prepared.

  • In transit to carrier 🚚 → Your order is on its way to the shipping center.

  • In transit ✈️/🚛 → Your package is traveling to your city.

  • Out for delivery 📦 → Almost there! The courier is on the way to your address.

  • Delivered 💖 → Your handbag has arrived!


❓ Frequently Asked Questions

1. My tracking number isn’t working. What should I do?

  • It may take up to 72 business hours for tracking information to appear in the system.

2. My order is taking longer than expected.

  • Please check if there were any delivery attempts at your address.

  • If the maximum timeframe has passed, contact our support team for immediate assistance.

3. The tracking shows “not found” or “pending.”

  • This means the shipping provider hasn’t updated the system yet. It usually resolves within 5 business days.

4. Can I change my address after ordering?

  • Yes, if your order hasn’t been shipped yet. Contact us as soon as possible.

  • If your order is already in transit, unfortunately, the delivery address cannot be changed.
